How do I set up a reoccurring payment?

Below are more details on how to set up the standing order. If you have your banking app on your phone (if you do not, we recommend that you download one), then it is very easy to set up a standing order.

What if I live outside the UK?

If you are international and a Standing Order can not be set up easily contact us on +44 (0) 20 3890 5774 or customerservice.UK@drsha.com and we will help you to set it up!

How to set up a Standing Order?

There are 3 ways how you can set up the Standing Order Payment:

  • Online
  • In your mobile banking app
  • Go into a branch to set up a standing order

​Every bank has slightly different procedures in setting up the Standing Order. Below are the Bank details you require:

  • Date: If it is your first time you can start any time and adjust the date later.
  • ​For the recurring payment please set the due Date as 25th of the Month  (eg. for August access, set July 25th as the Date.)

Online Banking

  1. Once logged in, select “Move Money or Pay & Transfer” and choose the account you’d like to pay from
  2. Select “New payment or transfer” and then “New payee”
  3. Select “enter details”
  4. Please select REPEAT (Standing Order)
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment

Mobile Banking

  1. Select the account you’d like to pay from, then select “Payees”
  2. Select “Pay someone new” then “using UK bank details” or “using mobile number (PAYM)”
  3. Please select REPEAT (Standing Order)
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment

Once the payment has been made it cannot be recalled so please make sure the details you use are correct.

You may cancel the standing orders anytime.
